Chip Larson is a principal with a proven track record of dynamic leadership in the real estate and financial services industries. Most recently, Larson was managing director of Charter Funding (First Magnus Financial Corporation), a retail residential mortgage banking company. He was directly responsible for division growth to over 50 branch offices with annual funding volume of nearly $2 billion. In this role, he oversaw all facets of the company including sales, marketing, production and operations. Prior to Charter Funding, Larson served as principal and senior executive in various positions in the real estate financing, development and investment sectors. He is also the managing partner of D Street Bar and Grill, a highly successful restaurant venture in Encinitas, CA. He attended Arizona State University and was the 1976 Junior World Golf Champion.
