Most recently a consultant with Walden Holdings, Erik Lutz is an organizational innovator and leader. He was the president of Great Southwest Mortgage, a First Magnus Financial Corporation division, where he developed the company from ground floor volume of $25 million annually to $5.4 billion in 11 years. Lutz is responsible for establishing the retail model for First Magnus’ national campaign. Great Southwest Mortgage had offices in six states with 1,500 employees. Lutz serves as a director for The Devine Group and The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University in Ohio.
