Ever since Mike Speltz earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University over 20 years ago, he has been committed to a career in mortgage, finance, and real estate. Most recently he founded Equity Choice, a wholesale marketing and correspondent origination company to distribute the EquityKey equity-share programs.  For almost 10 years prior to that, Speltz was president of Interbanc Mortgage where he led the way to many strategic alliances with related industries. His innovative win-win approach to helping homeowners and B2B partners earned Interbanc a unique niche at many debt-buyer tradeshows. Speltz launched his career with RE/Max Realty-Los Angeles in 1989.
